Be inspired every day. We’re perfectionists. Idealists. Inventors. Forever tinkering with products and processes, always on the lookout for a better way. A job at Apple is one that requires a lot of you, but it’s also one that rewards forward-thinking and hard work. None of us here at Apple would have it any other way. Our BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) team delivers scalable, elegant solutions that help our users execute their work efficiently and deliver outstanding results across the Channel Sales organization (and beyond). What fuels us is developing scalable, customer-centric processes and technology solutions for our customers in the U.S. Channel Sales and Programs teams. We are looking for an outstanding and multi-skilled project manager to lead a small team, with a demonstrable record of leading projects from concept through implementation. As a BPR Manager, you will also be the prime mover of projects end to end. You’ll connect the dots, build trust and understanding between groups, and orchestrate the multitude of activities needed to make your projects successful. This role will draw upon your experience managing medium-to-large, global technical projects that interweave multiple systems and functional teams. Our ideal candidate is a future-focused influencer who can engage with people at all levels to get things done, delivering innovative solutions to the Channel Sales organization. The ideal candidate is proactive and loves a fast-paced environment, where their work cuts through ambiguity to establish processes and move projects forward. We’re looking for an excellent leader, a deep problem solver, a relationship builder, a superb communicator, an innovator. If this sounds like you, we’d love to talk with you!

  • Deep understanding of project, program and portfolio planning and delivery to the level of setting standards, implementing process, and coaching others.
  • Experience planning, managing, and successfully delivering medium (6-8 month) to large (8-12+ month) cross-functional systems projects.
  • Establishes relationships with multi-functional partners and is always viewed as a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Interacts proficiently with a wide range of technical and business teams, and naturally adjusts their communications and messaging for their intended audience. Experience creating polished executive presentations that tell a compelling story about why projects matter.
  • Able to develop options and broker decisions across diverse teams/ stakeholders with competing interests.
  • Understands systems implementation; comfort working with both waterfall and agile development methodologies.
  • Quick learner, able to mobilize quickly and transition into in-flight projects without impacting the business.
  • Analytical, able to investigate data, business or systems problems to expose root causes and identify solution options.
